Ipaco typically does small jobs that consist of machining, sheet metal fabrication and welding.

We are looking for someone with expericence in these fields to quote jobs and take the rough concept from the customer and translate it into a finished product and assure quality.
Job requires some basic engineering to figure material blanks, angles etc., as well as experience to conceptualize the fabrication process and possibly fabricating it as well.

The job also entails overseeing the shop personel and equipment. (4-6 employees)
